By engaging in our sneaker customization services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1.⁠ ⁠Customization Timeframe
The customization process for made-to-order sneakers takes approximately 30 to 45 business days. This timeframe does not include shipping and delivery.

2.⁠ ⁠Artistic Variation
Each customized sneaker is handcrafted, and slight variations in design, color, and texture may occur compared to the provided samples or images. While we strive to replicate designs as accurately as possible, minor discrepancies are inherent in handmade products.

3.⁠ ⁠Durability
Customization may impact the structural integrity and durability of the sneakers. While we take every precaution to maintain quality, customized sneakers may experience wear and tear differently than factory-produced pairs.

4.⁠ ⁠Color Fastness
We use premium materials and techniques; however, colors on customized sneakers may fade or bleed over time, especially with frequent wear or exposure to harsh conditions. To preserve color vibrancy, we recommend gentle cleaning methods.

5.⁠ ⁠No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our customization services, all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.

6.⁠ ⁠Restocking Fee
If a return is accepted, a restocking fee of $35 will be applied.

7.⁠ ⁠Limited Warranty
We provide a limited warranty against craftsmanship defects for a specified period. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper care or maintenance.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including sizing and design preferences, during the customization process. We are not liable for errors or issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the customization of their sneakers, including but not limited to copyright infringement or unauthorized use of intellectual property.

We reserve the right to decline customization requests that violate our ethical standards, infringe on intellectual property rights, or are deemed inappropriate or offensive.
